CACI

Conditions AMEs Can Issue (CACI) is a series of conditions which allow AMEs to regular issue if the applicant meets the parameters of the CACI Condition Worksheet. The worksheets provide detailed instructions to the examiner and outline condition-specific requirements for the applicant. The link below will send you to the FAA list.

As of this writing, there are 29 conditions that AMEs can qualify pilots for. It is not possible to list them here, as the FAA continues to create new CACIs. This is a good thing!

Your job is to get all the information on the worksheets on the link above. Some require labs, others imaging. Most will require a note from your treating physician.

Any questions about the worksheets, reach out. I will help you work through what we need before your exam. The goal is for you to walk out with your medical!
